Debian Paket Backports

Ganz aktuelle Pakete aus Debian unstable lassen sich oft mit wenig Aufwand für die jew. Debian stable Distribution bauen und zu Installation bereit stellen. Die offizielle für Backport-Pakete ist das Debian-Backports Projekt.

Nicht immer ist das Bereitstellen von offiziellen Backports aus Sicht von IT-Zukunft Schule sinnvoll. In solch einem Fall erstellen wir eigene Backport-Pakete von Software in Debian Unstable.
